Explanation of the title: (5 sentences)

• In the tittle "Silk" it is used for clothing or arts. Silk is produced from a silkworm that is being written in the Literature.  It is not just about the silkworm trader but in this literature, it shows the history of Japan many years ago. Alssandro Baricco shows what sacrifices that the protagonist need to do for him to find what he truly want.

Plot:
         Exposition

          Herve Joncour, french adventurer and silkworm trader entered in a room where a French-speaking noble man whom is Hera Kei is sitting with a women lying on his lap. In this situation you'll recognized that there is a hidden story behind the women, Hera Kei and Herve Joncour.   
   
          Rising action

        When Herve Joncour lowered his eyes and saw the girl lying on the lap of Hera Kei. He is immediately attracted to her without even touching her. The women whom is the mistress of Hera Kei.
         
            Climax
       
           The women opened her eyes. There is hidden attraction between them, Herve Joncour and the young-mistress of Hera Keim. Without knowing each other.
     
         Falling action
     
        Joncour sacrifice his time to do no more than see his beloved again. Love is so powerful that even you are in a situation that you should choose your wife, you're still doubting what you really want. Her wife died and be with the young-mistress he loved.

         Denouement

         Alessandro Barico tells us about sacrifices in the life of the three characters in the literature. About a man who sacrifices his time to be with his wife. How strong is their love for one another.


Theme: "The Heart wants what it is"

              In the literature, it reveals the sacrifices for your love ones. In love, you should take the risk. The women is from different country with different culture, and who belongs to someone else, on the other hand, Herve has a wife. In that situation how will they fight their love for one another? But heart wants what it it. In the end of the story, heart choose what it want.

      " Sacrifice are Important"

          You will not know what will happen if you'll not sacrifice and take the risk. In the story,  Herve portray a men who will do everything just to do what he want . They say "True success requires sacrifice " and nothing great was ever accomplished without making sacrifices.

   The literature will be have a great impact to everyone. This will help the present generation to know more about the history of Japa. The theme of this literature will open up everyone's mind. About love, and sacrifices. This will serves as a basis for us. Upon reading the literature, this will encourage you to sacrifice for your love ones or dreams in life. Find what love truly is. This will show a journey that even you are not sure about something you'll do it just to make it possible. You'll realize your past decisions if it is really worth it, but you'll realize that you'll not know the answer if you didn't did it. This will surely leave a remarkable lessons to everyone.

        Silk is a simple story but surely leave a remarkable lessons for everyonwm Because the book is not enough reference, you will need to research about the literature for you to ubderstand the lirerature more than just reading the book itself. The author really did freat job shwoing a real situations nowadays that everyone is experiencing.  The story is not that easy to undertand so you should need to analyze it deeply. I recommend for all future readers to read this literature because it will truly leave a lessons for everyone.
